 يعمل الدكتور محمد خضر كامهندس لعمليات الإنتاج - في شركة الهروج للعمليات النفطية .

كما عمل في كمشرف لمعمل هندسة المكامن بقسم هندسة النفط بجامعة كيرتن باسترالية

يسعد المؤتمر الليبي الدولي الاول للعلوم الهندسية وتطبيقاتها بإن يكون د.محمد خضر 

ضمن المتحدثين الرسميين للمؤتمر الليبي الدولي الاول للعلوم الهندسية وتطبيقاتها _ الأكاديمية الليبية
